Tack vare den har jag kommit ig\u00e5ng med tr\u00e4ningen igen. \ud83d\ude42 Jag crosstrainar 40 minuter varannan dag (f\u00f6rutom n\u00e4r jag \u00e4r bortrest s\u00e5klart, sv\u00e5rt att ta med den&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>De senaste 5 \u00e5ren har jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt hitta en tr\u00e4ningsform som passar mig, men ingen har h\u00e5llit i l\u00e4ngden, f\u00f6rr\u00e4n nu kanske. Crosstraining hemma \u00e4r s\u00e5 himla enkelt!
