Stek kycklingen i sm\u00f6r- &amp; rapsolja och hacka l\u00f6ken. Blanda ner l\u00f6ken i stekpannan och l\u00e5t den fr\u00e4sa med. Krydda med salt och sambal oelek samt blanda ner creme fraichen och majsen. L\u00e5t r\u00f6ran koka n\u00e5gra minuter innan den f\u00f6rdelas p\u00e5 tortillabr\u00f6den. Rulla ihop br\u00f6den och l\u00e4gg dem t\u00e4tt i en ugnsform. Str\u00f6 p\u00e5 osten och gratinera mitt i ugnen i 10 minuter.
